What are the hours of operation?

Our office hours are 8-6 Monday – Friday. You can give us a call, or email us at any point! Check out our Contact Us page for more info!

Where do I find the size chart?

You can find the sizing chart for our products below the product description the “Measurement table” tab.

What are the care instructions?

Follow the recommended care instructions on the apparel tags for washing and drying.  We also recommend washing/drying your t-shirts, and hoodies inside out to protect the print.  Do not iron over the print!


Do you offer free shipping??

Absolutely! Free shipping to anywhere in Canada. Our Southern neighbors pay a flat rate of $5.00. (NBD*).

How long does it take to receive my order?

We are currently manufacturing your orders as you place them. Please allow 10-15 business days, and you will have it in your hands and on your backs! This shipping time will be dramatically reduced over the next few months.

Can I get rush shipping on my order?

Currently, we do not offer this service.

Which countries do you ship to?

Canada and the Continental United States of America.

Who is the Shipping carrier?

We use Fedex and Canada Post.


How do I make an account?

Easy! Once you have picked out your threads, click on the checkout button. Your next step is to fill out all of your contact info, and check the “Create Account” box to create a password.

How do I sign up?

Yes! Please sign up for our newsletter so we can give you the down low on awesome updates going on behind the scenes.  Be the first to get the low down on special promotions! At the bottom of each page there is a newsletter sign up.. All you have to do is type in your email and we will add you to the list.

Help! I forgot my password

Whoops! Click the “Login” button, and then click the “Forgot My Password” button. If you can’t figure it out after that, then there probably isn’t much hope for you;)

How do I update my account information?

Good question! After you have logged in, click on “My Account.” The navigation bar on the left has several options. Choose the field that you would like to change (i.e. Address), and then click edit. Once you have made the changes, don’t forget to SAVE! Whammy! You are done. Information updated.


My shirt doesn’t fit. What should I do?

You should have checked the sizing chart (just kidding!). Contact us at and we will help you sort it out.

What is your return policy?

We are committed to servicing your complete satisfaction. If you aren’t happy, neither are we. Check out our Return Policy for further instructions.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Call or email, and hopefully we can catch it before it ships! Check out our Contact Us page to get in touch.

Can I change my order?

If you get in touch before it ships then yes! It will increase the amount of time to receive it, though. Check out our Contact Us page for our contact information.


What payments methods do you accept?

So many payment methods, so little time! Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit, and PayPal are our friends.
